Reflection of my learning experience and challenges from MS3123
MS3123 is a unique course compared with another course I have registered in CityU. Since it provides tons of case studies, I get chances to learn through understanding the company case that I received and I can learn some tools and some operation concepts during the case study. I remember that the first lesson is about service design which the case study is salads top, and It has been eye-opening since I didn't notice that the layout design of a shop can be that important. Also by knowing the persona and target customer, setting up a comprehensive shop layout can enhance business profit. Since the first lesson, since then I have focused on every lesson since I was attracted by the course content.
